Grand Prize – Shannon O’Hara, 11th Grade , San Jose for her short story “Death Kitchen”

First Place Fiction – Chloe Sales, 12th Grade , Palo Alto for “Yellow Threads”

Honorable Mention Fiction – Eli Colbert, 11th Grade, Los Altos, for “Valentines.”

First Place Non-fiction – Bryan Graeser, 10th Grade, Los Altos for “The Heat of a Foreign Summer.”

Honorable Mention Non-fiction – Aashika Shetty, 10th Grade, Los Altos for “The Longest Night.”

Honorable Mention Non-fiction – Andrew Rule, 10th Grade, San Jose, for “Pause, Unpause.”

First Place Poetry – Yvonne Hamel, 11th Grade, East Palo Alto for "Hands Up, Don't Shoot" and "I Am."

Honorable Mention Poetry – Kaity Gee, 11th Grade,  San Jose for "If Feminism is for Ugly Girls," "Easy on the Eyes" and “If Poetry Were a Band-Aid.”

Honorable Mention Poetry – Margaret Zhang, 10th Grade, Palo Alto for "Hometown Apparitions.”
